Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Property Manager Overview We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Apartment Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our communities. This role is responsible for everything from financial performance and occupancy to team leadership and resident satisfaction. If you take ownership, hold your team accountable, and know how to run a property like a business, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Oversee all daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Lead, train, and develop on-site team members Drive occupancy and revenue while balancing market conditions and rent growth Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial reporting Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses Ensure all leases, files, and reporting are accurate and up to date Handle resident concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor property conditions and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly Conduct regular property inspections and ensure curb appeal standards are met Coordinate vendors and ensure timely completion of contracted services Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable housing laws What We're Looking For 3+ years of property management experience preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold a team accountable Solid understanding of property financials, budgets, and performance metrics Experience with leasing, marketing, and occupancy management Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience CAM or ARM certification preferred Why Choose UDC?
