Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations in our growing property management company. This role is ideal for someone who's a strong communicator, comfortable with multitasking, and eager to grow in the real estate industry. Texas Real Estate license a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all tenant communications via phone, email, and portal messages Assist with leasing, application processing, and tenant onboarding Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups Manage property inspections (move-in, move-out, annual, etc.) Support property marketing: update listings, schedule showings, and track leads Help maintain records, lease documents, and compliance logs Provide administrative support to the property manager and ownership team Liaise with owners as needed to provide updates or coordinate approvals
Qualifications:
Experience in Property management preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Tech-savvy - experience with AppFolio, Buildium, or similar PM software a plus Professional, customer-service-oriented attitude Must be dependable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Texas Real Estate license preferred Why Work With Us?
