Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 124-unit apartment community in North Houston / Humble area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing all aspects of the property. Strong knowledge and experience with RealPage software is highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the property Oversee leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Follow up on leads and ensure leasing activity is properly tracked Maintain strong occupancy and resident retention Collect rent and actively manage delinquent accounts Enforce community policies and lease requirements consistently Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and make-readies Conduct property and unit inspections Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and property records Monitor property expenses and operate within the approved budget Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns promptly Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures Communicate regularly with the corporate office regarding property performance Qualifications Previous apartment Property Manager experience required RealPage software experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong leasing, collections, and resident-relations skills Ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple responsibilities Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting skills Professional communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of property performance Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and multifamily property management practices We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, accountable, and willing to be hands-on . This position is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who can take ownership of a 124-unit community and keep leasing, collections, maintenance, resident communication, and property operations running efficiently.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
