We're seeking a dedicated, motivated, and high-integrity Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental homes across the Killeen-Temple area. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout the Killeen-Temple area Build strong relationships with property owners and market our services to grow your portfolio Serve as the primary point of contact for both owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction through responsive service and clear communication Partner with the leasing department to reduce vacancy times and secure qualified tenants Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and keep residents happy Drive vacant properties through the make-ready process—ensuring homes are rent-ready on time and to standard Conduct property inspections, including move-outs and occupied units Manage the full security deposit return process in compliance with company policy and state law Execute marketing strategies to attract new property owner clients and expand the business

What We're Looking For:

A strong moral and ethical foundation — unwavering integrity is a must At least 3 years of experience in residential property management Current and active Texas Real Estate License Professional appearance and communication style Tireless work ethic and drive to succeed Fun, approachable personality with a team-oriented mindset Proven ability to hustle, build relationships, and close the deal High self-confidence balanced with humility Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

From $16/hour + commission (based on experience)
