$15 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do :

Provide administrative support to the Property Management team Respond to resident, applicant, and owner inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite Deliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant issues Grow in the position through continued learning and skill building Create and update property listings, marketing materials, and online advertisements. Answer incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Success at 6 months: Reduced vacancy days, accurate listing launches, high-quality leasing support Tools you'll use:

Google Suite, CRM, MLS, AppFolio/Yardi Qualifications:

What You'll Bring (Must-Haves): Prior admin, leasing, or customer service experience Strong organization and communication skills; bilingual a plus Pursuing a Texas Real Estate license or willing to get one
