Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and low/high voltage systems are properly maintained and repaired according to safety regulations. Oversee maintenance repair procedures, including troubleshooting engineering issues with schematics, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment using tools such as ohmmeters. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance management programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards by conducting safety inspections, enforcing safety regulations, and leading safety training sessions for staff. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs through effective project management practices while managing budgets and timelines. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues with HVAC systems, electrical wiring (including high voltage), plumbing systems, or mechanical equipment; execute repairs or coordinate specialized services as needed. Maintain detailed schematics and technical documentation for all mechanical and electrical systems to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs. Lead team management efforts by supervising staff performance, providing training on maintenance repair procedures, safety protocols, and technical troubleshooting techniques. Requirements Proven experience in facilities management or property management roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing system maintenance and repair, and industrial maintenance practices. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with experience implementing safety procedures within a facilities environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance teams using CMMS platforms; ability to develop preventive maintenance schedules. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Strong leadership qualities with supervising experience in managing teams effectively. Fluency in English; effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes.
