Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures, utilizing schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and maintenance history. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and safety protocols across all operations. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships through effective project management practices. Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and schematics review for system diagnostics. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment performance to support ongoing facilities management efforts. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage—and plumbing system maintenance. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting, and safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Experience managing facilities management software (CMMS) for work order tracking and asset management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards. Knowledge of maintenance repair procedures related to mechanical systems repair, electrical experience including high voltage systems, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and industrial equipment servicing. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration.
