Property Inspector -- Luxury Vacation Rentals -- 2nd Shift (Part Time Seasonal)

As a Luxury Estate Manager at our prestigious portfolio of high-end short-term rental properties, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of luxury and service. Your responsibilities will encompass property maintenance, post-cleaning inspections, and identifying innovative ways to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of luxury short-term rental properties to ensure they are maintained to the highest possible standards. Ensure that all maintenance items are promptly addressed and repaired to maintain impeccable property conditions. Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate and execute necessary repairs and improvements.

Inventory Management:

Keep a detailed inventory of all items in the property and regularly check for missing or damaged items. Ensure that necessary supplies, toiletries, and kitchen essentials are well-stocked before each guest arrival.

Landscaping and Outdoor Spaces:

Ensure landscaping is well maintained and report any issues that are not consistent with the highest standards Regularly clean and maintain outdoor furniture and amenities such as pool or hot tub. Ensure understanding of how all amenities/mechanical items function: pool heaters, hot tubs, sprinkler systems, etc

Technology and Entertainment Systems:

Ensure that all electronic and entertainment systems are in working order, including smart home features. Provide clear instructions for guests on how to use various amenities and technologies in our digital guidebooks

Post-Cleaning Inspections:

Conduct meticulous inspections after each cleaning to guarantee compliance with Horseshoe Bay Living (HSBL) standards. Document any discrepancies or areas requiring attention and ensure timely resolution. Set and uphold a benchmark for cleanliness and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.

Pre Guest Arrivals Inspections:

Ensure the properties are ready for the guests arrival. Indoor and outdoor areas Fix any issues or maintenance issues discovered during inspection.

Team Collaboration:

Liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to established standards. Provide guidance, support, and training to the team members to maintain high-quality service levels.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of property maintenance and inspections. Generate regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury property management or related field. Strong knowledge of high-end property maintenance and luxury hospitality standards. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements to the guest experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and external partners.

Hours and Availability:

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Expected commitment of 25-35 hours per week. On-call availability for emergencies for approximately 10 nights per month.

Requirements:

This position is a W-2 role with the company. Successful completion of a background check and drug test. Must possess a reliable personal vehicle.
