Overview Stonebridge RV & Boat Storage is seeking a dependable, customer-focused RV & Boat Storage Manager to oversee daily operations at our storage facility. This is a live-on-site position . On-site housing is provided in a double-wide mobile home located on the property. We welcome both individuals and couples.

Compensation:

$45,000-$55,000 annually for the position, depending on experience. Couples are encouraged to apply and can share the management responsibilities; the advertised salary is for the position as a whole. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the RV and boat storage facility, including space allocation, reservations, and customer inquiries Handle new rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and rental agreements Process customer payments and maintain accurate account information Manage rentals and customer accounts using Storable Monitor the property and report any security or maintenance concerns Keep the property clean, organized, and well-maintained (includes mowing) Coordinate maintenance and repairs when needed Handle client communication with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and providing exceptional customer service Implement conflict management strategies to resolve disputes between tenants or regarding lease terms effectively Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping related to leasing agreements, payments, and legal documentation Requirements Previous experience in self-storage, RV/boat storage, property management, leasing, or customer service preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently Basic computer skills Ability to learn and use Storable software Comfortable handling payments and rental paperwork Must be willing to live on-site as a condition of employment Office experience combined with strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently This unique opportunity is perfect for a 2-person team (but would consider the right solo person) Position Benefits On-site housing provided Consistent Monday-Saturday schedule Sundays off Long-term employment opportunity Ready to Join Us?
