Job Description

Come Join our Kenmar Team!! Provides programmatic supports to Residential Managers and Direct Care Support Professionals by supervising, instructing, and demonstrating to staff, programmatic requirements to ensure compliance with Home and Community-based Services program (HCS) standards.
Essential Functions:
Participate in on-call duties. Maintain liaison with other Kenmar professionals in the area of professional training and consultation and maintain good communication and forms relationships with families and guardians, etc. Ensures ongoing active treatment - observe training at least once a month at each home assigned Completes Critical Incident Reporting each month Ensures implementation of annual/monthly fire drill and disaster drill schedules. Maintains logs. Meets regularly with Direct Care Staff to set client goals, review progress and provide support. Performs monthly home inspections and reviews facility checklists. Reviews employment applications, perform interviews and hiring duties for home assigned. Participates in in-services/training annually to ensure the quality of consumer care. Maintains accurate records of all receipts and budgeted spending per group home assigned. Participates in all annual state/federal surveys, reviews, and all investigations Attends and helps facilitate Lead Direct Care meetings Knowledge and skills: Knowledge of the HCS program as it applies to disciplines The ability to deal w concepts and complicated subject manner Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's license and good driving record required

Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
