Job Description

Job Description Chase Hill Apartments is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the community is managed in an efficient, effective and profitable manner to maximize the company's revenue. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the property management industry and will be able to lead the TEAM to ensure smooth property management operations. Duties and Responsibilities Maximizing occupancy levels and community values Ensures that all rents are collected when due Ensure that all staff are trained in accoradnce with the company polices and procedures, inculsive of the Fair Hosuing policies, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws that pertain ot the multifamily Industry Liaise with tenants to obtain necessary information about habits, requests, security concerns etc. Hires, terminates, trains and motivates all on -site staff to achieve operational goals of the assigned community Negotiate prices with vendors and clients. Manage any outstanding bills from vendors or clients and ensure they are paid in a timely manner. Maintains all records on all aspects that pertain to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activity for the community. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as property manager or relevant role in property management such as real estate agent, broker or managing director Knowledge of real estate, residential and/or business properties practices. Ability to negotiate and establish prices with vendors or other partners. Ability to build productive relationships and solve problems by building trust, motivating through enthusiasm and delivering excellent service. Must have experience with the PM system RealPage / Onesite /

$50,000.00 - $56,500.00 per year
