A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Property Manager, you will oversee every aspect of your community's success-from financial performance and resident satisfaction to team leadership and daily operations. You'll create an exceptional living experience for residents while protecting and enhancing the value of the property. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys developing people, solving challenges, driving results, and making a meaningful impact on both the community and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Business Leadership Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance Manage operating budgets while identifying opportunities to improve financial results Monitor expenses and ensure responsible financial stewardship Support rent collection, lease compliance, and delinquency management Analyze market conditions and implement strategies to maximize property performance Community Operations Lead the daily operations of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment Maintain high standards for curb appeal, building condition, and resident experience Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and service requests Ensure company policies, operating standards, and procedures are consistently followed Leasing & Resident Experience Support leasing initiatives that drive occupancy and long-term resident retention Create a welcoming environment that delivers exceptional customer service Resolve resident concerns professionally while building positive community relationships Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable state and local laws Leadership & Team Development Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team Create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and excellent customer service Conduct regular team meetings, performance coaching, and employee development conversations Recognize team accomplishments while providing guidance for continued growth Compliance & Asset Protection Promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance throughout the community Support property inspections, risk management initiatives, and safety programs Maintain accurate operational records and documentation Partner with leadership to ensure company standards are consistently achieved Vendor & Project Management Develop productive relationships with vendors and contractors Coordinate capital improvement projects and community enhancements Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and property value

Qualifications:
