Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:40 PM Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction and individualized educational support to elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities. Develop and implement appropriate lesson plans and instructional activities aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Support students in developing academic, communication, social, and functional life skills. Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate educational records, and document learning outcomes. Collaborate with parents, school staff, special education professionals, and related service providers to support student development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Follow school district policies, special education regulations, and applicable educational standards. Qualifications Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities is preferred. Ability to provide individualized instruction and support in a self-contained special education classroom. Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills. Commitment to student safety, inclusion, and academic and developmental growth.

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
