Job Description
The ideal candidate will join our team at Sugar Land Town Square as a Property Manager, working directly with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a premier mixed-use property in Sugar Land, TX. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and office tenants, managing communication, service requests, and lease administration Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and tenant billing including CAM reconciliations Review, code, and process invoices; coordinate vendor contracts and COI compliance Administer the work order system and conduct regular property inspections Support monthly reporting, annual budgets, and reforecast preparation Coordinate construction activity, tenant improvements, and move-in/move-out processes Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial property management experience (mixed-use, retail, or office preferred) Proficiency in MRI, Yardi, or similar property management software Strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and tenant-facing communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred; Texas real estate license a plus
