A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

Our Community Managers are fully accountable and responsible for providing overall supervision of the community. Overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.
Specific duties include:
Leading and mentoring a dynamic team Developing and managing the budget Ensuring property is meeting KPI Goal for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residents Performs all other duties as assigned Where is the job located? for consideration are: High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred) Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software English language proficiency (read, speak, and write) The ability to pass a full background check Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs.
