Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day administration of Construction LLC and its affiliated companies. Review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, income, and expenses. Manage and coordinate rental payments for company-owned properties. Coordinate with real estate agents during tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring properties are in good condition and inventory is complete. Monitor service contracts (landscaping, pest control, maintenance, etc.) and verify vendor compliance. Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule repairs with contractors when needed. Track administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of company obligations. Maintain organized records of contracts, leases, invoices, and company documentation. Communicate with vendors, tenants, contractors, and other business partners.
Qualifications:
English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based tools. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Experience with property management or construction administration is preferred. Experience Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of administrative or office management experience in a professional setting. Prior experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar). Bilingual abilities are considered an asset to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are essential. Experience in customer support roles or personal assistant responsibilities will be advantageous. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
