Civitas Communities About Ten Oaks, A Civitas Community Ten Oaks is a new, professionally managed manufactured housing community in Waller, Texas. Currently in lease-up, the community will feature approximately 197 homesites when fully occupied. As part of Civitas , the largest developer of manufactured housing communities in the country, you'll join a stable and growing company that has been in business for over a decade. Position Overview The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations and financial performance of Ten Oaks. Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager , you will lead leasing efforts during the lease-up phase, build strong resident relationships, and ensure the community runs smoothly and profitably. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required to effectively communicate with a diverse resident base. Standard work hours apply, and you must be on-call for after-hours emergencies . What You'll Do Be the Face of the Community

• Build strong resident relationships, address concerns with care, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Drive Operational Excellence
• Oversee rent collection, manage rent payments, enforce late-payment procedures, and handle delinquency resolutions to meet financial goals with transparency and accuracy. Maintain and Enhance the Property
• Ensure homes and community spaces are safe, clean, and visually appealing by managing repairs, inspections, and landscaping. Support Sales & Growth
• Engage prospective residents, showcase the community's benefits, and assist with home sales while developing effective marketing strategies. Emergency Response
• Remain on-call for after-hours emergencies to protect residents and property. What We're Looking For Bilingual
• English and Spanish fluency required. Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying proactive and strategic. Problem-Solving Mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for resolving challenges and building trust. Industry Knowledge
• 3-5 years of experience in community management, property management, or hospitality. Experience in manufactured housing or multifamily property management strongly preferred. Education
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Skills
• Proficiency with property management software; Rent Manager or Yardi experience a plus.
