Job Description
We are looking for capable Leasing Manager to present, lease, and manage multi-family and single family properties to prospective Tenants. Full time position. Responsibilities Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Assist the property manager in all aspects of managing client properties Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc) Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Skills Proven experience in customer service roles Prior property management experience Excellent communication and organization skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Customer service orientation Must be able to use property management software, Excel, Word, Gmail and other technological programs and softwares. Appfolio experience a plus This position requires driving to and from properties for showings and inspections. Must have a valid drivers license and must be willing to commute to and from properties almost on a daily basis.
