Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential House Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our long-term care facility. This vital role involves managing a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, extensive experience in senior and memory care, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. As a Residential House Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support household staff to ensure smooth daily operations Look out for the well-being and safety of our individuals Coordinate schedules and activities to meet the needs of residents and staff Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming household environment Ensure timely and effective communication among team members Assist with household errands and transportation as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in management or working with individuals with disabilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Punctual, reliable, and ready to work each day Valid Utah driver's license Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and compassion Our household values a positive, supportive culture that promotes growth and teamwork. Job pay:
$17.00/hr
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a drug screening Must pass a criminal background check Must be able and willing to lift over 50 lbs Must have valid Utah drivers license

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
