Important:
Candidates must be able to work full-time in our Lehi Office, be self-motivated and experts at tracking. We are seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who have established referral partners and a proven track record of success. We are also open to non-experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who are highly motivated and willing to learn, grow and build a strong referral and client base.

Position Summary Accordia Mortgage, a leading regional mortgage lender is seeking full time seasoned and unseasoned Loan Officers to join its growing team! Loan Officers will be responsible for the originating of 1-4 unit residential mortgage loans. This requires maintaining and cultivating relationships with Realtor and Builder Partners, making outside-the-office calls, and attending established partner sales meetings and events. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Originate and close real estate mortgage loans that meet established guidelines. Review customer's financials and answer questions on varying loan structures. Establish and maintain positive relationships with realtors and other referral sources throughout the lending market (including giving presentations and meeting realtors and builders in person to help solidify relationships). Meet monthly production goals. Work with Secondary Marketing Manager to ensure proper locking of loans at appropriate rates. Provide constructive feedback on the products and pricing demanded in the real estate market. Attend staff, department, and other meetings as requested. Assist in fostering and maintaining a healthy team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must also be 18 years or older. One-year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field preferred. Sound judgment, ability to think critically, including the ability to evaluate facts and data to draw conclusions, determine the downstream impact of decisions and associated risks. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Intermediate math skills. Strong detail orientation and highly organized. Demonstrate patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers. Ethical, with a commitment to company values. Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
