Operations & Financial Management Support day-to-day operations across both communities with consistency and precision Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and ledger accuracy Audit resident accounts, billing, and concessions to ensure compliance and financial integrity Contribute to monthly reporting, variance explanations, and budget adherence Monitor occupancy, leasing velocity, and exposure to support revenue performance Leasing & Resident Experience Deliver a luxury, hospitality-driven experience from initial tour through residency Support leasing efforts, including tours, follow-ups, and closing strategies across both assets Manage resident communications with professionalism, urgency, and discretion Assist with renewals, retention strategy execution, and negotiation support Resolve escalated concerns while maintaining brand standards and resident satisfaction Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination Act as Manager-on-Duty in absence of the Community Manager Support training, accountability, and performance of leasing and concierge teams Coordinate with maintenance and third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery Uphold presentation standards across all common areas and amenity spaces Marketing & Community Engagement Support execution of high-end resident events and curated experiences Maintain awareness of submarket trends and competitive positioning Assist with online reputation management and resident engagement initiatives Qualifications Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and financial operations Experience with property management systems such as Entrata or similar Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across two assets in a fast-paced environment Preferred Attributes Experience supporting multiple communities or large-scale assets High-rise or mixed-use luxury experience Strong business acumen with an ownership mindset Elevated attention to detail with a refined sense of presentation and service
