A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Estate Operations Manager St. George, Utah (On-site) Join Altura and help redefine luxury property ownership. At Altura, we provide complete estate management for luxury homes and second-home owners.
Our mission is simple:
give homeowners total peace of mind by professionally managing every detail of their property while they're away. We're looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and service-driven Estate Operations Manager to become the face of Altura in St. George, Utah. You'll oversee exceptional homes, coordinate trusted vendors, perform detailed property inspections, prepare homes for owner arrivals, and ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. This is not a typical property management position. We're building a premium brand that combines hospitality, professionalism, and proactive property care into one seamless experience. What You'll Do Perform scheduled property inspections and document findings with photos. Coordinate cleaners, landscapers, contractors, pool services, and maintenance vendors. Prepare homes before homeowner arrivals (lighting, climate, deliveries, groceries, etc.). Respond promptly to urgent property needs and emergencies. Identify and report maintenance issues before they become costly repairs. Maintain exceptional communication with homeowners and the Altura team. Ensure every property reflects Altura's premium standards. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail. Professional, trustworthy, and dependable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to document inspections and communicate with clients. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience in hospitality, luxury services, property management, or home maintenance is a plus but a passion for delivering exceptional service is most important. Why Join Altura?
