Job Description

We are looking for a Property Administrator to support day-to-day residential property operations. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing resident service, administrative coordination, and property management support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with property leadership to help keep resident communications, documentation, and service follow-up organized and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Property Manager to help oversee daily administrative and resident-related activities across the property.
  • Respond to resident concerns and service inquiries, ensuring maintenance issues are documented and routed for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate calendars for repair visits, resident meetings, and other property-related appointments.
  • Draft letters, notices, and other written communications for residents and internal property operations.
  • Prepare and organize account-related documents, including records tied to resident balances and payment activity.
  • Follow up with residents after service requests to confirm work has been completed properly and within expected timeframes.
  • Assist with leasing and occupancy processes, including move-ins, move-outs, rent adjustments, delinquency follow-up, and eviction-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate resident files, lease paperwork, application records, and deposit documentation while supporting leasing needs as required.
  • Take on additional property administration duties assigned by management to support efficient site operations.
