We are building a talent pipeline for Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager opportunities, and candidates with HOA, community association, residential and commercial property management are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Support and/or oversee day-to-day community and property operations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, homeowners, and board members.
Assist with resident and homeowner inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, vendors, and community services.
Assist with budgets, invoices, reporting, records, and administrative responsibilities.
Support compliance with community policies, governing documents, and applicable requirements.
Assist with meetings, communications, notices, and community activities as applicable.
Monitor the overall appearance, maintenance, and standards of the community.
Work collaboratively with residents, homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal teams.
For Property Manager-level candidates, provide leadership and oversight of community operations and team performance.

Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.
