A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional sales job. You'll build relationships with homeowners, develop your own client base, recommend solutions, sell projects and recurring services, and work directly with our production teams to make sure the work gets done right. You'll have the backing, systems, training, equipment, and reputation of an established Northern Virginia landscape company—while helping us grow an important new territory. If you are personable, organized, competitive, professional, and motivated by building something, this could be a great fit. Landscape experience is a plus, but it is not required. We have a hands-on training process designed to teach you our services, estimating, production, and the green industry.
