Sometimes life just doesn't allow it. JMAX Property Management is hiring a part-time Office & Errand Assistant, approximately 10-15 hours spread over a set 2-3 days a week schedule. Sample Responsibilities Process and input tenant rent payments Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Scan and organize documents into digital files Complete and file unlawful detainer paperwork at the courthouse Make bank deposits and handle other bank-related errands Deliver notices and paperwork to rental properties as needed Other general clerical and administrative support as assigned Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver's license Proficient with basic computer use/mobile phone aps Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Prior office or property management experience a plus
