Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The Position We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the financial and day-to-day operations of commercial properties. This role works closely with third-party ownership, tenants, vendors, accounting, and maintenance, to ensure properties are well-maintained, financially successful, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for third-party property owners and ensure property operations and recommendations align with ownership objectives. Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and monthly financial reporting. Monitor property income and expenses, analyze financial performance, and identify variances and opportunities. Oversee property maintenance, inspections, repairs, vendor services, and construction projects. Build strong relationships with tenants and respond promptly and professionally to tenant concerns and service needs. Coordinate with accounting and lease administration teams regarding invoices, tenant accounts, lease requirements, and other property matters. Solicit and evaluate vendor proposals, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed according to approved scopes and budgets. Provide property owners with regular updates on financial performance, operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing activity. Respond to property emergencies and urgent operational issues as needed.What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate property management experience. Strong budgeting and financial management skills, including the ability to analyze financial reports and manage property budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses. Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, lease agreements, and property reports. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and prioritize competing responsibilities in alignment with property and organizational goals. Ability to oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities and ensure properties are well-maintained and meet applicable safety standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, property management software, and related technology tools. Two years of Yardi experience, preferred. CPM or RPA designation, preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties or locations as required.Additional Info:
