full-time The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Responsibilities Complete monthly bank reconciliations Assist in month end and year-end processes Process cash receipts - transaction entry and processing Process accounts receivable invoices - transaction entry and processing Monitor daily cash balance Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc client reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements Assist in preparation of internal reports as needed Assist on other projects as needed Assist in identifying opportunities in the accounting systems to streamline processes
