Job Description

KM Family of Companies, the premier condominium management company in the Northwest, is seeking an experienced Senior Community Association Manager to join our team. With offices in Downtown Bellevue and Downtown Portland, we are strategically located in major cities to provide our client communities with top-tier management services. We are seeking a seasoned professional with condominium management experience to take on the role of a Community Association Manager. In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of life within our managed communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with association boards and homeowners to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with board members, homeowners and vendors as well as co-workers. Maintenance and Vendor Management
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs within the community. Obtain bids, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Compliance
  • Implement community rules, regulations and bylaws effectively. Coordinate with legal and other professional consultants as needed. Financial Management
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and fiscal responsibility.
The ideal candidate will possess the following
Skills and Qualifications:
Proved experience as a Community Association Manager, with a track record of success. Knowledge of local and state regulations related to community associations Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics Strong organizational and time management skills. Industry certifications such as CMCA are a plus.
