The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership representatives. Support leasing and occupancy goals by assisting with tours, renewals, vacancy planning, turnover coordination, and marketing strategy execution. Manage property financial activity, including budgets, expense review, invoice approvals, rent collection support, and performance reporting. Coordinate vendors, contractors, service agreements, bids, licensing, insurance documentation, and service quality.
