We are currently recruiting for a Leasing Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our communities full, compliant, and thriving. What You'll Do As our Leasing Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the leasing process—from first inquiry to move-in and beyond.
You'll:
Market available properties across multiple platforms with accurate, fair-housing-compliant listings Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual property showings Manage leads in our CRM and follow up with prospective tenants Perform move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections Assist with lease agreements and rental applications Create virtual tours, assist with photography, and coordinate signage and banners Monitor vacancy reports and ensure all units are properly marketed Provide KPI and leasing activity reports to property management Be a friendly, professional point of contact for prospects and residents alike Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance Perform other duties as assigned This role is 80% field-based and 20% office-based , offering a great mix of autonomy and collaboration. What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you are: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment Tech-savvy, with general computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a team
Experience:
4+ years of customer service or property management-related experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Some college preferred
