Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Community Manager to run daily operations, resident relations, and property management tasks at a large apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who has a proven track record with leasing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking who worked as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Specialist to grow their career in property management or community services. This is not a live-on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate with your on-site team the day-to-day management of the property and community
- Coordinate the on-site team (maintenance and Leasing Assistant)
- Address resident inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality customer service
- Manage the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinate and participate in community events and activities to promote engagement
- Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
- Maintain accurate records of resident and property information using property management software
- Manage rent collection, lease renewals, and other financial administrative tasks
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to address property needs
- Work with the Regional Director on market trends and marketing of the property
- Stay informed about industry trends and local community regulations
