The Regional Portfolio Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement strategies that maximize returns and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management :
Oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring financial and operational goals are consistently met.
Financial Analysis :
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on the financial performance of properties. Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and asset value.
Property Operations :
Monitor property operations and ensure high standards of property management, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations.
Strategic Planning :
Create and execute comprehensive asset management strategies that align with company goals and market trends. Recommend and execute capital improvement projects to maximize value.
Market Research :
Analyze market trends, occupancy rates, rental pricing, and competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of property managers, leasing agents, and other staff members to ensure optimal performance. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Vendor Management :
Negotiate contracts, manage relationships with vendors, and ensure that third-party service providers meet performance expectations.
Reporting & Communication :
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including ownership, property managers, and external partners.
Risk Management :
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to property operations, financial performance, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on multifamily properties. Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex multifamily portfolios. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property operations, and asset management best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in the multifamily sector. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, vendors, and property managers.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
