Job Overview Patriot Properties is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, experienced Full-Time Property Management Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of our residential apartment communities and short-term rental properties. This position covers the Sauk County region. You will join a small, close-knit team, working collaboratively while still maintaining the independence to manage daily responsibilities. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to identify areas that need attention without direct supervision, and comfortable assessing situations and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role involves traveling between multiple properties and performing a variety of duties, including cleaning, preparing units, assisting with apartment showings for prospective residents, light maintenance tasks, and general operational support. The goal is to consistently ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and tenant and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities will vary on a day-to-day basis based on business needs, occupancy, and property demands. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Weekend on-call rotation required (40 paid hours per week) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units following tenant move-outs Meet prospects and provide access to units for showings Clean and prepare short-term rental units Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and grounds Support carpet cleaning, spot treatments, and basic floor care Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing HVAC filters, and assisting with basic property key management (preparing and handling physical unit keys). Assist with small painting projects as needed Support day-to-day property operations as needed Responsibilities may vary daily to meet business needs and ensure tenant satisfaction Travel between multiple properties as required Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality/housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for travel between properties) Requires a working smartphone and the ability to use mobile apps, text, and email for communication and schedule coordination.
