Teronomy Property Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Property Manager to oversee a newly developed apartment community in Delavan, WI. We are a growing family-owned company looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping create a welcoming community for residents. Property management experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

Tour prospective residents and respond to leasing inquiries Manage lease signings and rent collection Build positive relationships with residents Coordinate work orders and apartment turns Work closely with maintenance staff and vendors Plan resident events and community activities Handle office and administrative responsibilities Keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
