Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Property Manager for a brand-new lease up, where you will play a vital role in it's success! This energetic position offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident experiences, and support the development of a vibrant community. You will be instrumental in coordinating leasing activities, maintaining property standards, and fostering positive relationships with residents and vendors alike. Duties Assist in managing leasing processes, including lease or rental agreement management and tenant onboarding Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure the building's optimal operation and safety Support budgeting efforts, tracking expenses, and managing property financials using property management tools, Yardi is preferred. Handle client communication with professionalism, addressing inquiries related to leasing, rent payments, or maintenance requests Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and documentation related to lease agreements, contracts, and legal administrative records Manage conflict resolution with tenants or vendors through effective conflict management techniques and negotiation skills . Proficiency with property management software , Yardi knowledge a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and client interactions Demonstrated team management capabilities and experience in supervising staff or vendor relationships Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and correspondence Ability to handle sensitive legal documents with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking property management team dedicated to excellence.
