Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Shipping Clerk - Lake Mills, WI $26+/hour DOE | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Know shipping from the paperwork to the loading dock? This role gives you ownership of both. We're looking for a Shipping Clerk to support a precision manufacturing operation in Lake Mills, WI. This is more than a pick-and-pack position—you'll coordinate shipments, prepare freight documentation, work with carriers, maintain inventory accuracy, and make sure the right product gets out the door correctly and on time. If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and equally capable at a computer and on the shipping floor, this could be a strong next move. Compensation, Schedule & Benefits $26+/hour, based on experience Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid holidays and PTO Stable precision manufacturing environment with continued investment and growth What You'll Be Doing Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations, and other shipping documentation Schedule and coordinate parcel, LTL/FTL, trucking, and freight shipments Maintain UPS and other carrier/shipping systems Pick, stage, and verify parts against customer orders Package precision-manufactured products using cartons, crates, skids, and pallets Monitor shipping schedules and proactively expedite priority or past-due orders Inspect and document incoming shipments and help resolve discrepancies Support inventory accuracy and cycle-count activities Load and unload trucks and operate material-handling equipment as needed Work with Operations and Planning to resolve scheduling and delivery issues What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer and accurate data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and time-sensitive orders Sound judgment and the ability to work independently Professional communication and a team-oriented attitude Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on shipping responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift materials, and load/unload freight Experience That Will Make You Stand Out Shipping or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Bills of Lading, packing lists, and freight documentation Domestic and international/export shipping UPS, FedEx, or similar carrier systems LTL and FTL freight coordination ERP, WMS, or shipping software Forklift and pallet jack operation Inventory, picking, staging, and cycle counting Custom crating, skidding, or palletizing of manufactured products You don't need to check every box.
