Overview Our company has an immediate opening for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for a residential apartment community located in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for a dependable, proactive maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting residents, and keeping a property safe, clean, and well maintained. Typical schedules are 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts , with flexibility required for weekends and non-routine hours based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and support maintenance staff and vendors Complete work orders, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and general repairs Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, and HVAC-related repairs Help oversee grounds, snow removal, cleaning, trash removal, and overall property upkeep Provide professional, responsive service to residents, vendors, and team members

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience required Supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of carpentry, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance HVAC certification a plus Must have own hand tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work throughout the property as needed Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter. Pay:

$31.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
