Our main goal is to manage properties successfully to keep client satisfaction at an all time high. •Job Overview•We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Property Manager to join our team. This position will be given a base book of business that the owners have built already. The hired person will manage that book of business and is required to have excellent communicaiton skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or sales and will be able to effectively manage a portfolio of leases on their own within compliance of our code of conduct and Fair Housing regulations. This position can be extremely rewarding for an individual that wants to work hard, build networks, wants to get paid on fulfiling leases/sales, make a positive reputation for themselves, and learn to grow in the real estate industry. There is a base salary which requires this position to be in office from M-F 9-5. Job Summary The property manager is responsible for the overall management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the properties are well-maintained, addressing tenant issues, keeping positive tenant & owner relationships, and maximizing the financial performance of the properties. Key Responsibilities Tenant Management Respond to tenant inquiries, setup listings, go to showings, fill leases, and assist tenants through the move in process Inspect units during turnover Attend Eviction hearings Financial Oversight Setup leases correctly for collections Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners. Address and resolve tenant complaints and concerns that may arise Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure high retention rates.

Minimum of 2 years of property management or sales experience is preferred
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency on a computer. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations. Some financial knowledge for lease ledgers and setting lease charges up Working Conditions In office M-F 9-5 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are meant for field work such as turnover inspections, site vitits, and most importantly showings for rentals. May require evening or weekend work depending on tenant needs or property emergencies.
