2989940796-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Residential Supervisor at Sevita in our Community & Social Services department, you will oversee daily operations in home and community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with diverse needs. You'll lead, coach, and schedule direct support staff, coordinate individualized service plans, monitor health and safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of residential services and community programs Lead, train, and schedule direct support staff to ensure quality care Implement and monitor individualized service and care plans Ensure health, safety, and risk management standards are met Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Coordinate with healthcare providers, case managers, and families Support individuals with behavioral, medical, or developmental needs Promote a person-centered, inclusive, and empowering environment Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed Support continuous improvement and staff development initiatives Required Skills Residential program management Staff supervision and scheduling Person-centered care planning Behavioral health support Crisis intervention and de-escalation Medication administration oversight Documentation and record-keeping Regulatory and compliance knowledge (healthcare/social services) Risk assessment and safety monitoring Communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
