Facilitate smooth patient transfers using safe handling practices and equipment to ensure safety for both patients and staff. Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state licensure or registration. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including ICU, emergency medicine, OR), long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or home health settings. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Meditech; experience with Cerner or eClinicalWorks is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient care standards across various specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, ICU, trauma centers, and infectious disease care. Excellent communication skills for caregiving roles involving patient interaction and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as CPR or advanced life support are advantageous. Flexibility to travel between different healthcare facilities as needed; adaptability to varying clinical environments is essential. Join us in delivering exceptional patient-centered care across multiple settings!
