Driving Recruiting Full Job Description Position Purpose :

Providesoverall management of an Independent Visions Program Office. Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff
• Train or oversee training of staff
• Follow administrative procedures in timely and accurate manner
• Submit accurate and timely Client billing, and Personnel documents
• Participate in the development of administrative policy and procedures
• Screen, select, complete admission procedures, and program assignment of clients
• Implement Injury and Illness Prevention Program
• Oversee client assessment and ISP development and implementation
• Communicate effectively with other service providers and funding agency personnel
• Perform outreach to referral agencies, parents, and prospective clients.
• May work with and/or coordinate with outside consultants (nutritional, nursing, parenting or behavioral)
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Standards
• Monitor program expenditures
• May be required to provide direct service to consumers
• All other duties as assigned by Regional Director
