Duties Help As a Supervisory Nional Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Director for Payments), you will: Serve as an OCC Senior manager for the supervision risk area(s). Plan, organize, implement and direct activities associed with all aspects reled to the supervision risk area(s). Supervise assigned staff and direct resources necessary to execute the division's programs. Provide authoritive technical leadership to OCC field supervision staff and officials. Establish and communice programs, objectives, and goals to ensure supervisory policies and division programs are achieving intended objectives, effective supervision of banks. Develop short- and long-term plans; establish priorities for the organizion, provide planning and resource- management to ensure th OCC and CNBE goals and priorities are coordined in making program decisions. Represent the CNBE on the Nional Risk Committee and approprie subcommittees, may serve as a chair of such committees, providing advice regarding industry practices, impact and interrelionships, and trends in the designed supervision risk area(s), and changes or enhancements to those practices. Lead, motive, and develop a staff of employees. Evalue performance in accordance with OCC guidelines; recommend or make personnel decisions regarding hiring, promotions, adverse actions, etc., consistent with deleged authorities.
