Public Health The Department of Public Health at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall 2026 to teach PH 333- Public Health Communications and Interventions.
Minimum qualifications:
A Master of Public Health (MPH) or Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH). Experience working with college-level students or teaching in an institution of higher learning. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with core faculty and colleagues Per the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California. Working in the State of California is a condition of employment.Preferred qualifications:
A doctoral degree in Public Health or a closely related field (e.g. PhD, MD, DrPH, ScD, JD, etc.) Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate intercultural competence and a commitment to serving our campus community as it relates to teaching and, as applicable, service. Salary commensurate with degree level and experienceAnticipated Hiring Salary Range:
$5,507- $6,008 per full-time month The salary schedule information for the Lecturer
