Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000, based on experience and education Regional Director Position Details While reporting to the Executive Director, our Regional Director will be responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of the IDD program operations. Supervise team members to ensure high levels of fidelity to the model and maintain the Merakey mission. Responsible for coordination and execution of service/operational delivery of activities to maintain full compliance with regulatory and organization requirements. Accountable for ensuing compliance with payors through contract interpretation and payor requirements. Leads all QI initiatives and outcome reporting. Understanding Title 17 and Title 22. Provides coverage for Program Administrator when off or position is vacant. Supports the daily operations of community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH programs. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; must have no less than 4 years' experience in the IDD or behavioral health field with, at a minimum: Two years of experience in a mental health setting, or Two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities Must have at least two years of program management experience, community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH experience RBT Certification required within 60 days of hire. Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Certification required. Valid CA Driver's license.
