Schedule:
Full time; 40 hours; Monday-Friday; 1st shift with flexibility to meet the needs of the program
Program Summary:
A residential work release program providing adult males under the supervision of DOC case management services, job preparation opportunities, and substance and mental health education. This allows them to successfully re-enter their communities.
Position Summary:
The Program Manager 1 will ensure that all matters involving program functioning will run efficiently and effectively. The Program Manager 1 will manage and report on the day-to-day operations of the program including but not limited to; scheduling, facility, contract obligations and fiscal management. Working within Adult Services, the Program Manager 1 within the Work Release program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 5 years related experience and supervision
Valid Connecticut Driver's License Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
