Kiddie Academy has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Education for our child care center in Naperville. We are searching for a Director of Education to lead the curriculum and be the champion of our program. This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. As a Director of Education, you will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including human resource development, staff scheduling, program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, community marketing, enrollments and academy operations. What we ask you to have: Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs in an Assistant Director, Center Director, or similar management role. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field required, Master's preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven record of maintaining effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.

DCFS Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education OR

•64 semester hours in any discipline with a minimum of 21 hours of college credit in Child Development, Early Childhood Education
