As the Director of Finance you would oversee the day to day activities of the Financial Department by leading and supporting seamless fiscal and operational systems, procedures, and processes. This role provides fiscal, operations, and nonprofit management expertise and partners with the leadership team in strategic decision making. The candidate should be motivated, organized and able to multitask. Essential Functions Ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues. Provide reconciliations, account analysis, and other information to aid in preparation of financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements. Prepare annual budget. Support the payroll function. Perform in an advisor role to the Facility Chief Executive Officer. Detailed problem solver who can diagnose a problem, design a solution and implement a process with the help of departmental staff. Determination to ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures. Education and Experience Management experience, 3 years. Bachelors' degree in accounting Master' degree/CPS preferred Must be highly proficient in Excel and accounting software.
