Position Summary The Family Services Manager, you will lead a dedicated team committed to helping families thrive in Supportive Housing. Through innovative programming and compassionate leadership, you will oversee services that empower families to achieve housing stability, strengthen behavioral health, build financial resilience, engage with their communities, and support healthy youth and parenting outcomes. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on team management, ensuring services are responsive, effective, and centered on the unique strengths and needs of each family. You will supervise Family Services Coordinators and Children & Youth Services Coordinators while driving excellence in service delivery and continuous program improvement. ✅What You'll Do Oversee Family Services program design, service delivery, budget, staffing and coordination with internal and external partners to assure participants maintain housing Develop and manage relationships and Memorandums of Understanding with service partners Assist with contracts and reporting to HUD, MN Housing, DHS, etc. Provide project management on initiatives and special projects Work closely with Volunteer Program to recruit, train, and support work study and tutor-mentors for after school programming Support Family Services Team.
