Description Lead with purpose—shape high-quality residential recovery services and empower teams to deliver life-changing care.

  • Friday 8:00am
  • 5:00pm. The Program Director
  • Residential provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for a residential substance use recovery program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that inspire hope and promote wellness.
This role oversees program operations, clinical quality, and team performance while fostering a collaborative environment that supports both staff and the individuals we serve. Working with a high level of autonomy, the Program Director partners closely with regional leadership to strengthen outcomes and expand community impact. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and administrative oversight of residential program operations and services Supervise, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, discharge, and follow-up processes Monitor clinical documentation and service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness Facilitate clinical staffing and administrative meetings to promote communication and care coordination Maintain strong community partnerships through outreach, education, and referral relationships Ensure program census goals are met and services remain accessible to those who can benefit Support staff during crisis situations and provide guidance in complex cases Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and ongoing staff development Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities Maintain accurate staff and program records in alignment with organizational standards Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's (grandfathered staff only) or Master's degree required in social work, counseling, health, or a closely related field At least two (2) years' experience required in the provision of direct services related to substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and/ or family counseling. Experience in program administration preferred
